Ordering: We have an online store for retail orders. However, if you want to order in larger quantities, you may send us an enquiry by email to gemayur@gmail.com with your requirements and we will get back to you with more details as required by you.

Handling Times: Online orders are shipped within 2 to 7 days of receipt of your order and payment.

Shipping options: We offer Economy and Express shipping options for delivery of the item to your door. Default shipping is Economy. Express shipping is available on request at extra cost for orders that require urgent delivery.
For larger orders shipping can be done through Air Freight or Sea Freight delivered to your nearest port or to your door as per your choice. Economy shipping takes 2 to 6 weeks to deliver after shipping and Express shipping takes around 2 to 7 business days after shipping.

Returns: We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. However, in a situation where you find a manufacturing defect in our product, you may send it back to us for a free replacement. The item should be returned in its original packaging to our office within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and any associated charges is customer’s responsibility. We will try to replace the defective item to you. However in a situation where replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the item.

Payments: For online orders, you can pay online with your cards. For offline orders you may pay by Bank wire transfer. Details for offline orders will be shared on request. All payments are required in advance.

Duties and Taxes: All applicable duties, taxes and associated costs arising outside of India are to be paid by the customer.
