Q: How do I order?

A: You can place your order online on our website.
If there is a special request or you want some item that you cannot find on our website you may email us at gemayur@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: What are the Shipping methods available?

A: Economy and Express shipping options available for delivery of the item to your door.
Default shipping is Economy.
Express shipping is available on request at extra cost for ordres that require urgent delivery.
For larger orders shipping can be done through Air Freight or Sea Freight delivered to your nearest port or to your door as per your choice.

Q: How long does it take to receive the item?

A: Economy shipping : Economy shipping is mostly done by DHL ecommerce and by Post. For most of the locations, items sent through economy shipping are delivered in 2 to 6 weeks depending on the location and the time of the year after the item is shipped from our office.
Express shipping : Express shipping can be done by one of the express couriers like UPS,DHL,TNT or similar couriers. It normally takes 2 to 7 days to receive the item after it is shipped.


Q: How do I Pay?

A: If you are buying online, you can use the payment method available at the time of checkout. If you are ordering by email, you may pay us by bank wire transfer. Bank details for transfer will be given to you by email.

Q: What is the return Policy?

A: We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. However, in a situation where you find a manufacturing defect in our product, you may send it back to us for a free replacement. The item should be returned in its original packaging to our office within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and any associated charges is customer’s responsibility. We will try to replace the defective item to you. However in a situation where replacement is not possible, we will refund the cost of the item.
